Private Client – Barnet project – We are pleased to share that Otters Group has completed a major void refurbishment for one of our decent private client,
Work included, new Kitchen and new Bathroom, structure works, full rewire, new central heating, new flooring, chimney removal, garden fences and full decorations

- Arch Project : We are pleased to share that we have completed Upper Marsh and Sutton Street project for Quinn London,
Upper Marsh works included new drainage channel to the premier of the Arches, new WC, floor repair & painting, new lighting and distribution board , new lining systems to ceilings and walls and new external doors. and Sutton Street works included new Aco-drain channel, replacing pea shingles to drainage channels, new WC, WHB and flooring, floor repair & painting, new lighting, spark clean to lining and replacing damaged lining systems to ceilings and walls , new zinc sheet to the front and rear in-fills, exist door repair/decorations and roller shutter repair/part renewal.
- Public sector: Asha Day Centre – Hillingdon
